| I have not received my validation email and cannot log in, what now? |
| This could be for many reasons, have you checked in your junk mail? Sometimes it can end up in there. If you have Spam filters this can sometimes block mail, also if you are using an AOL or yahoo address’s the mail can bounce.Just email me and let me know what has happened and I will activate your account. |
| How do I get visitors to my website? |
| All you need to do is add your website in the my sites page and then start viewing. You will gain credits for viewing which you can assign to your website to get it seen by others. Or you can buy visitors or banner and text link displays. |
| What are the rules about popups and fly in ads on my website? |
| Simple, one popup only and NO fly in ads also no frame breakers or adult/hate contenet Rotators are allowed as long as all sites that rotate meet our terms and conditions. No PTP pages. PTC & PTR sites and any other page not showing another paid for page in the frame on the page is ok. |
| How do I get more credits? |
| There are a few options. -Surf more pages -Upgrade your membership as they get you more credits for each page surfed and a free credits each month. -Refer other to EarthHits and earn extra credits for every page a referral surfs. -Or just buy some. Credits are for sale on the buy credits page. |
| How come I am not getting any traffic to my site? |
| It could be that you have run out of credits and need to view more or buy some more. Or it could be because you have not assigned credits that you have. |
| Can credits be used for other things? |
| Our credits earned as bonuses, in competitions and from surfing can be exchanged for banner and text link adverts as well. |
| What surf ratios do you have? |
| Free members get a 3-1 ratio and upgraded members get a 2-1 or 1-1 ratio.But don't forget all the surf bonus and letter hunt bonus. |
